Our Philosophy

“Play is the highest form of research” - Albert Einstein

What does Play Based Learning mean? What does it look like?

Children develop their minds through exploration and play. Play-based learning is a type of early childhood education based on child-led and open-ended play. Play-based learning helps children develop social skills, motivation to learn, and even language and numeracy skills. Taking initiative, focused attention, and curiosity about the world are all a part of play.

Parent as an Educational Partner, our Co-op Philosophy

It is common knowledge that having a supportive parent will lead to success for children. In education having a parent who gets involved and participated in schools teaches value of education. Our school is parent run. As part of this school parents get to come in and help in the classroom, giving them first hand knowledge of how the children learn, what they are working on, and share in special moments. Parents are the board and get to help grow the school.
